Join us for drop-in classes at the studio, online, or both. Our multi-modality studio offers over 25 classes a week in fitness, yoga, pilates, barre, dance inspired classes & much more!  Our drop-in classes are designed for ALL levels, and ALL bodies.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

Do you have strength training on your mind?  TRX Training will make you strong from the inside out.  Using your own body weight and the TRX Suspension Trainer, you’ll develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. These FUNctional fitness classes are suitable for all levels, and they really are fun! In true IPF style, we fuse fitness, Pilates and yoga into our TRX workouts. Our participants are achieving incredible results!

TRX Yoga Flow | 8 WK Session | Mondays 6:05-7:00pm |  Jan 6 – Feb 24  | $169+gst

We’re blending yoga and TRX for a super effective class that will help you feel strong and stretched out.  You’ll learn foundational TRX yoga moves and we’ll show you how the TRX, blended with some yoga flows, can greatly improve your balance, strength, and flexibility. All extremely important things to consider as we age! The TRX Suspension Trainer acts as a prop or even as an instructor might, supporting you through a move you may not have mastered yet, and making that move more accessible. Core Essentials Pilates

beginner PILATES: core, Pelvic Floor & more

Pelvic floor health is finally being talked about in the world of fitness and beyond and it goes hand in hand with Pilates.  This session is designed for women of all ages and stages. Learning to activate your deep core muscles correctly through movement and exercise is key to maintaining a healthy pelvic floor and preventing incontinence. Whether you’re simply curious, or you have issues that relate to childbirth, perimenopause, menopause, injury, athletic pursuits, or sitting at a desk for long hours, this class and the knowledge you’ll gain, can help.

30 Minute Circuit Workout at the studio | Saturdays 8:45am

This fast-paced circuit-style workout incorporates a variety of strength training exercises as you move from station to station.  Take on each exercise at your own pace while being coached and guided by your IPF instructor. In true IPF style, this class will offer lots of variety and we’ll make it as FUN as we possibly can. 🙂

Special Yoga class on New year’s Day with Tina Pringle

Welcome the New Year with a mindful yoga practice designed to help you release the old and create space for the new. This practice blends gentle movement, breathing, meditation and guided reflection, allowing you to let go of what no longer serves you while cultivating clarity and intention for the year ahead.

The first day of the year offers a powerful opportunity to reset, cleanse, and align ourselves with our highest aspirations. Through mindful sequencing, we will release stored tension, release emotional blockages, and create a sense of renewal.

This is a time to reflect on the past year—acknowledge your growth, forgive what needs to be forgiven, and gently release any lingering attachments. Then, turn inward to manifest your intentions for the coming year, creating a powerful foundation for new beginnings.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, peace, rejuvenation or motivation, this practice will help you align with your true self and release what no longer serves you. Leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to embrace the new year with intention and gratitude.

Sound Healing with Michelle Hebert From Sacred Sound healing. 

Join Michelle for a monthly sound experience, on Sunday afternoon and now Friday evening.

SUNDAY SOUND HEALING | January’s theme: New Energies for 2025

Each new year brings new energies. The potential for reaching new perspectives can lead to greater joy and happiness. In this special sound healing for the New Year, Michelle will talk about some of the collective energies for 2025 as understood through numerology and astrology.

Class participants will then experience specific yogic breathing, stretching and movement (all beginner level) which will allow the nervous system to prepare for sound vibration. Participants will then lie face up in Shivasana to experience the peaceful, healing sounds of gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, bells and other sacred instruments.

Dr. Michelle Hebert DC, MPH, CHt, E-RYT, has worked in the field of mind-body medicine and wellness for over 20 years and has developed expertise in leading individual and group healing sessions that include sound healing instruments, meditation, guided visualization, and yogic techniques.
This special event takes place at the studio. No previous sound healing or yoga experience is necessary.
NEW!!  UNWIND: Friday Night Sound Healing
Relax and unwind after a long week with the healing sounds of gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, bells, chimes and peaceful music.
Each class will start with gentle stretching and breathing, then participants will lie face up to experience the soothing vibrations of the sacred healing instruments. Sound healings are known to restore balance in the nervous system and promote a deep restful state for mind-body healing.
