REGISTERED PROGRAMS for spring

Our theme this season is Reset & Reconnect. We’re inviting you to slow things down and come back to what matters most…you. As the seasons shift, it’s the perfect time to reset your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and create space for more ease in how you move and feel. Alongside our regular fitness, yoga, and Pilates classes, we’re introducing new offerings focused on meditation, gentle movement, and self-care. These classes are designed to help you release tension, build awareness, and support your body in a way that feels sustainable and supportive. Early bird pricing ends March 26th!

Flow into Meditation | 5 Week Session | Mondays 7:00-8:30pm | April 13 – May 11 | at the studio or online

Ease into stillness with this gentle and welcoming class led by Dennyse Harris.

We’ll begin with about 45 minutes of slow, very gentle flowing yoga designed to release tension, connect with the breath, and prepare the body to sit comfortably. The class then transitions into 30 minutes of guided meditation, allowing you to settle your mind and experience relaxation and clarity.

This class is perfect for anyone curious about meditation but unsure where to start. The gentle movement helps quiet the body first, making it easier to relax into the meditation that follows. Suitable for all levels. No previous yoga or meditation experience required.

Somatic Movement | 8 Week Session | Tuesdays 6:15-7:15pm |  April 7 – May 26 |at the studio or now online!

Ready to sloooowww down? Somatics is a gentle, guided movement practice that helps you release deep, chronic tension and restore ease in your body. Using mindful breathing and slow, deliberate movement, you’ll retrain the nervous system to regain control over tight muscles and reduce pain caused by stress, injury, or poor posture.

Taught by Carolyn Pigott, this class supports healing from conditions like arthritis, trauma, or postural imbalances, and is ideal for anyone wanting to move with more comfort and control—whether you’re recovering from injury, or preparing your body for yoga, sport, or better sleep.

You’ll learn to move within your comfort zone using pandiculation, a natural technique that reawakens the brain-muscle connection. The result? Less pain, better posture, and more freedom in everyday life.  Somatics feels gentle, grounding, and deeply restorative.

Pilates: Foundation & Technique | 8 Week Session | Wednesdays 7:00-8:00pm | April 8 – May 27 | at the studio

Build strength from the inside out in this focused Pilates mat class designed for beginners, with options to challenge those with more experience.

Jillian Christison will help you break down the fundamentals of Pilates with attention to alignment, core engagement, breathing, and efficient movement. You’ll receive clear (optional hands-on) guidance and technique cues so each exercise is performed safely and effectively, helping you get the most out of every movement.

As you build strength, stability, and body awareness, you’ll start to notice the benefits beyond the mat. Pilates helps you move more easily, improve posture, and feel stronger and more comfortable in your everyday life.

Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to refine your technique, this class offers a supportive space to learn, build confidence, and create a strong foundation for feeling better and moving better.
