TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
TRX Total Body Training Workout | 7 WK Session starts the week of Nov 4th | Morning & Evening Time Slots, Mon – Thurs
Do you have strength training on your mind? TRX Training will make you strong from the inside out. Using your own body weight and the TRX Suspension Trainer, you’ll develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. These FUNctional fitness classes are suitable for all levels, and they really are fun! In true IPF style, we fuse fitness, Pilates and yoga into our TRX workouts. Our participants are achieving incredible results!

IPF Pilates Core Essentials class is designed for all levels and all bodies. Join Kerry Heming for a blend of traditional Pilates principles combined with current understanding of core engagement, to create a dynamic, effective, total body workout.
Target deep core muscles, enhance flexibility, and improve posture with a focus on breath awareness and mindful movement. Learn to connect with your body on a deeper level, fostering a sense of harmony, strength and well-being.
PELVIC FLOOR PILATES

Pelvic floor health is finally being talked about in the world of fitness and beyond! This session is designed for women of all ages and stages. Learning to activate your deep core muscles correctly through movement and exercise is key to maintaining a healthy pelvic floor and preventing incontinence. Whether you’re simply curious, or you have issues that relate to childbirth, perimenopause, menopause, injury, athletic pursuits, or sitting at a desk for long hours, this class and the knowledge you’ll gain, can help.

BABY & ME YOGA
BABY & ME YOGA | 4 WK Session | Tuesdays 12:30-1:30pm | Nov 5 – 26 | $69+gst
In this fun and engaging baby yoga class, move your body, gain strength, and consciously connect with your baby and other new parents. Suitable for parents (moms or dads), and babies who are 6 weeks old until just before active crawling. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

RISE & GET MOVING CLASSES
Join us online at 7am, four mornings a week, for a different style each day. Morning workouts will kick-start your day with energy & boost your mood! Too early for you? Sign up & do the replay at a later time.
MONDAY: Rise & FIT 30 | A total body, fun workout before you start your day!
TUESDAY: Rise & STRETCH 30 | Gentle movement and a full-body stretch to release tension and get energized.
THURSDAY: Rise & CORE 30 | Connect to your core & start your day feeling tall, centered and strong.
FRIDAY: Rise & SCULPT 30 | A barre-inspired, sculpting total body awakening!
30 Minute Circuit Workout at the studio | Mondays 10:30am or Saturdays 8:45am
This fast-paced circuit-style workout incorporates a variety of strength training exercises as you move from station to station. Take on each exercise at your own pace while being coached and guided by your IPF instructor. In true IPF style, this class will offer lots of variety and we’ll make it as FUN as we possibly can. 🙂

SUNDAY SOUND HEALING | November’s theme: Magical Forest
Experience the magical healing sounds of ancient forests. This sound healing begins with breathing, stretching and movement (all beginner level), which will allow the nervous system to prepare for the sound vibration. Participants then lie face up in Shavasana to experience the sacred sound of gentle wind moving through ancient cedar branches and the soothing sounds of forest streams. These sounds are blended in with the healing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments to create a space for the mind and body to enter into a deep state of mediation and healing.
